Delivery and Return Information

From the date you receive your order; You can send it with the company we send within 3 working days and you can exchange / return PTT cargo free of charge..
Products must be returned as received.
In the same way, refunds are not accepted for products that come without an invoice.
The cargo you send back to us will be examined and your return will be sent to the system after the examination.
Your return will be provided by iyzico within 3 to 7 business days.
